Apply on Company Career Pages in India: 2026 Guide

Most GCC and product roles never hit Naukri. Find them on Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever career pages, and let myjobb auto-apply to any ATS job for you.

Short answer: a large share of India's best roles never get posted on Naukri. They live only on the company's own career page, running on an ATS like Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever or Oracle Recruiting. myjobb is India's first AI job agent and a universal auto-apply agent: it applies to jobs on Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre, and on company career pages running Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other major ATS platforms.

This guide shows you where those hidden roles are, how to surface them yourself, and how to apply to them at scale without losing your evenings.

By the myjobb Career Team. Reviewed by a senior Indian tech recruiter.

Why do so many good Indian jobs never appear on Naukri?

Because posting on a portal costs money, dilutes employer brand, and creates a second workflow the recruiter has to manage. A company career page is free to run, sits on the employer's own domain, and feeds the ATS directly. For global firms hiring in India, that is the default, not the exception.

Break that into the four real reasons.

Cost per posting. Portal job slots are bought in bundles and expire. A recruiting team with a hundred open roles across India will not buy a hundred slots. They post the hard-to-fill ones and skip the rest.

Employer brand. A career page controls the story: office photos, team pages, benefits, the India leadership bio. A portal listing is a grey box next to nine competitors. Companies that spend on brand want you landing on their domain.

ATS-native workflow. When you apply on the career page, your data lands inside Workday or Greenhouse already structured. No import step, no duplicate record, no CSV. Portal applications often arrive as an email with a PDF attached, which somebody has to re-key.

Compliance and audit. Global employers keep candidate records under their own retention and consent rules. That is easier when every applicant enters through one controlled front door. It is also why Workday makes you create a fresh account at every single employer.

Add all four together and you get a simple outcome. Portals get the volume roles. Career pages get everything else.

Which Indian jobs are most likely to be missing from Naukri?

Three categories dominate: global capability centres, global product companies with India engineering offices, and multinational engineering or R&D centres. These employers run global ATS instances, hire against global requisition numbers, and treat their career page as the single source of truth for every open role worldwide.

Here is where to look, by category.

Global capability centres (GCCs). These are the India arms of foreign banks, retailers, insurers, airlines, healthcare firms and industrials. They cluster in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram and Chennai. Their India requisitions usually sit inside the parent company's global Workday or SuccessFactors tenant. The India role and the London role appear on the same career site.

Global product companies. Software firms with large India engineering teams typically run Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. Their listings are clean, single-page, and rarely syndicated to Indian portals.

MNC engineering and R&D centres. Semiconductor, automotive, aerospace and industrial software firms run India design centres. Most sit on Oracle Recruiting or SuccessFactors, and they post India roles alongside global ones.

Fast-growing Indian startups past Series B. Once a startup buys an ATS, its careers page becomes canonical. It may still post on Instahyre or Hirist for volume hiring, but niche and senior roles often stay on the career site only.

We are not going to invent hiring numbers for these categories. You do not need a statistic to act on this. Pick five companies you would genuinely join, open their careers pages, and count how many of those roles you can find on Naukri. That experiment takes ten minutes and settles the argument.

Where do Indian jobs actually live, and what does myjobb do for each?

Indian jobs live in three places: domestic portals, company career pages running an ATS, and LinkedIn. myjobb auto-applies on the first two. LinkedIn roles appear in your ranked feed and you apply with one click. LinkedIn auto-apply is on the roadmap and is not live today.

  • Naukri. Typical roles: Services, IT, BFSI, mid-level volume hiring · How you normally apply: Portal apply, recruiter chatbot questions · What myjobb does: Auto-applies through your own session
  • Foundit. Typical roles: Mid-level across sectors, some MNC roles · How you normally apply: Portal apply · What myjobb does: Auto-applies
  • Hirist. Typical roles: India tech, product and startup engineering · How you normally apply: Portal apply · What myjobb does: Auto-applies
  • Instahyre. Typical roles: Curated tech and product roles · How you normally apply: Portal apply, profile gates · What myjobb does: Auto-applies

That dual coverage is the whole point. India-only tools skip global ATS boards. Global tools like JobCopilot and Simplify skip Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre entirely. myjobb runs both from one agent, on one daily cap. See the full breakdown in our myjobb vs JobCopilot comparison.

How do you find jobs that are not listed on Naukri?

Learn the four or five career-page URL patterns, then search inside them with Google site operators. Every major ATS hosts job pages on a predictable domain. Once you know the pattern, you can query thousands of company career sites at once and filter by city, role and keyword.

This is the practical core of the article. Work through it in order.

Step 1: Learn the ATS career page URL patterns

Every career page you land on will match one of these shapes. Recognising them tells you what the form ahead will look like.

  • Workday. URL pattern you will see: company.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com (also wd2, wd3, wd5)
  • Greenhouse. URL pattern you will see: boards.greenhouse.io/company or job-boards.greenhouse.io/company
  • Lever. URL pattern you will see: jobs.lever.co/company
  • Ashby. URL pattern you will see: jobs.ashbyhq.com/company
  • SmartRecruiters. URL pattern you will see: careers.smartrecruiters.com/company
  • iCIMS. URL pattern you will see: careers-company.icims.com
  • Oracle Recruiting. URL pattern you will see: company.fa.oraclecloud.com or company.taleo.net
  • Jobvite. URL pattern you will see: jobs.jobvite.com/company
  • SuccessFactors. URL pattern you will see: careerX.successfactors.com or an embedded frame on the company domain

You will also meet India-native systems like Darwinbox and Keka on some domestic employers. Same idea, different domain shape.

Step 2: Use Google search operators to surface India roles

Google has already indexed most of these pages. Search inside them directly. Copy these and swap the role and city.

`` site:myworkdayjobs.com "Bengaluru" "data engineer" site:myworkdayjobs.com "Hyderabad" "financial analyst" site:boards.greenhouse.io "India" "product manager" site:job-boards.greenhouse.io "Bangalore" "backend" site:jobs.lever.co "Gurugram" "marketing" site:jobs.ashbyhq.com "India" "machine learning" site:icims.com "Pune" "quality engineer" site:jobs.jobvite.com "Chennai" ``

Three refinements make these far more useful.

Use Google's Tools menu and set the time filter to the past week. ATS pages stay indexed long after the requisition closes, so freshness matters more here than on a portal.

Add salary or seniority words to cut noise. Try "Senior", "Lead", "Staff", "Manager" or "II" inside quotes.

Exclude the obvious misses with a minus operator. site:myworkdayjobs.com "Bengaluru" "analyst" -intern -contract cleans up a broad query fast.

Save the searches that work as browser bookmarks. Run them every Monday. That alone puts you ahead of every candidate who only refreshes Naukri.

Step 3: Build a target company list

Search operators find roles. A target list finds companies, which is the more durable asset.

Start with forty to sixty names. Pull them from four sources. First, the GCC and MNC offices in your city, which you can list from tech-park tenant directories and news about new India centres. Second, the logos on your current employer's client or vendor list. Third, the companies your seniors and college batchmates moved to on LinkedIn. Fourth, the competitors of any company that already interviewed you.

For each name, find and store the career page URL once. Note the ATS. That is a one-time cost of roughly two minutes per company.

Now you have a list you can check on a schedule, or hand to an agent.

Step 4: Check on a cadence, not on impulse

New requisitions on career pages often get filled from the first fifty applicants. Speed matters more than polish. A weekly sweep of sixty career pages beats a monthly deep dive across ten.

Sort your list by how badly you want the company. Check the top twenty weekly and the rest fortnightly.

If that sounds like a part-time job, it is. That is exactly the problem the rest of this article solves.

Why is applying on company career pages so brutal by hand?

Because each employer runs a separate ATS instance with a separate account and a separate form. A Workday application commonly takes 5 to 8 screens. Oracle Recruiting can take 6 to 12. You re-enter the same education, employment and CTC history at every single company, from scratch.

Do the arithmetic yourself. It is more persuasive than any survey.

Say a Workday application takes you 18 minutes end to end. That covers account creation, email verification, resume upload, fixing the parser's mangled work history, screening questions and the final review screen. Five applications is 90 minutes. Twenty applications across a month is six hours, and that is before you tailor a single resume.

Now add the friction that is not on the clock. The session times out on screen six and wipes your progress. The password rules reject your usual password. The parser reads your two-column resume sideways and drops your last job. A conditional question about work authorisation appears only after you answer the previous one, and it is mandatory.

None of that is a skill problem. It is a data entry problem with a login wall in front of it.

The result is predictable. Most Indian candidates open three career pages, complete one, and go back to Naukri where applying takes ninety seconds. The best roles stay unapplied to, not because you were unqualified, but because the form won.

Can an AI agent apply on company career pages for you?

Yes. myjobb auto-applies on Indian portals and on company career pages running Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other major ATS platforms. It submits server-side through your own logged-in session, so the application looks exactly like one you typed yourself.

Here is how a run works.

One master profile. Import a PDF resume or a LinkedIn URL once. Education, employment, CTC, notice period, locations, work authorisation. Everything the forms keep asking for.

A ranked feed. myjobb reads 50,000-plus new jobs a day and scores each one against your resume, with the reason it matched. Duplicates across platforms get merged. You see one entry per real job.

A tailored resume per job. The AI resume builder generates a fresh, JD-specific resume in 10 to 20 seconds. It never fabricates facts.

The apply run. Set a daily cap between 1 and 25 and a match-score floor. The auto-apply agent works overnight, one application at a time per platform, and respects each platform's own limits.

Screening questions handled properly. Typed fields like location, CTC and notice period come straight from your profile. Open-ended questions such as "Why are you a fit for this role?" get a reasoned answer in your voice, with a confidence score. If confidence is low on a mandatory question, the run pauses and asks you. It never submits filler.

A 9:00 AM IST report. Every application, every question, every answer, in one email. One-click retry on anything that failed.

The Chrome extension is used once, to capture session cookies. Never passwords. Cookies are AES-256-GCM encrypted, refreshed automatically, and revocable whenever you want. What resume format survives an ATS career page?

A single-column PDF with selectable text, standard fonts and plain section headings. Two-column layouts, text inside images, tables and headers or footers are what break ATS parsers. On career pages this matters more than on portals, because the parser output becomes your candidate record.

Test yours in five seconds. Open the PDF, select all, and paste into a plain text editor. If the reading order jumbles, or your job titles land in the wrong place, the ATS sees the same mess.

Four rules cover most of it.

Use one column. Put dates on the same line as the role. Avoid text boxes and graphics entirely. Save as PDF, not as an image or a scan.

myjobb renders every tailored resume through LaTeX. That produces a single-column, selectable-text PDF with standard fonts, built to parse cleanly across major ATS engines. It also ranks the keywords the job description actually scans for and rewrites your bullets around them, with quantified impact. Each resume stays linked to that job, so you get it back when the recruiter calls three weeks later.

How much does it cost to automate career page applications?

myjobb is free to start at ₹0, with Plus at ₹499 a month and Pro at ₹1,999 a month. Free gives you the full ranked feed and 10 auto-applies a month. Plus gives 100 auto-applies and 10 tailored resumes. Pro gives unlimited auto-applies and resumes, plus referrals at 10 companies.

  • Free. Price: ₹0 · Auto-applies: 10 per month · Tailored resumes: 3 per month · Best for: Testing the feed and your first career-page applications
  • Plus. Price: ₹499 per month · Auto-applies: 100 per month · Tailored resumes: 10 per month · Best for: An active search across portals and career pages
  • Pro. Price: ₹1,999 per month · Auto-applies: Unlimited · Tailored resumes: Unlimited · Best for: A full-time search, plus referrals at 10 companies

No credit card is needed for Free. There is no auto-renew. Unused auto-applies roll over for 30 days. UPI and cards both work. Full details sit on the pricing page.

Compare that to the manual path. At 18 minutes per Workday application, 100 applications is 30 hours of form filling. Plus costs less than most people spend on a single interview-day cab and lunch.

What does a sensible weekly routine look like?

Spend 30 minutes a week on strategy and let the agent handle volume. Refresh your target company list, run your saved Google operator searches, adjust your match-score floor, and read the daily reports. Everything else, the account creation and the twenty-field forms, runs while you sleep.

A workable week looks like this.

Monday, 15 minutes. Run your saved site operator searches with the past-week filter. Add any new company to your target list.

Monday, 10 minutes. Review the myjobb feed. Raise or lower your score floor based on what you saw. Approve anything the agent paused on.

Every morning, 3 minutes. Read the 9:00 AM IST report. Retry failures with one click.

Thursday, 20 minutes. Chase referrals at the four or five companies you most want. Career page applications convert far better with an internal push behind them.

Friday, 5 minutes. Delete dead companies from your list. Add two new ones.

That is under an hour a week for a search that touches both Naukri and several hundred career pages. Compare it to the six hours you would spend hand-filling twenty Workday forms.

If you want the broader system around this, read how to automate your job hunt in India and how many jobs to apply to per day without spamming.

What should you do differently starting today?

Stop treating Naukri as the map of the Indian job market. It is one layer of it. The GCC, product and MNC roles you actually want are sitting on career pages you have never opened, behind forms designed for recruiters rather than for you.

Do three things this week. Build a list of forty target companies with their career page URLs. Save five Google site operator searches for your role and city. Then let an agent do the applying, because the forms will beat you if you try to win them by hand.

FAQ

Is it better to apply on a company career page or on Naukri?

Apply on the career page when the role exists in both places. Your application lands directly in the company's ATS, with no recruiter agency in between and usually a smaller applicant pool. Use Naukri for reach and speed. Use career pages for the specific companies you actually want to join.

Why do I have to create a new Workday account for every company?

Because each employer runs its own separate Workday tenant. Your candidate record, consent settings, data retention rules and screening questions belong to that one company. Workday keeps them isolated for compliance and audit reasons. Your account at one employer gives you no access at another, by design.

How do I find jobs that are not listed on Naukri?

Search inside ATS domains with Google site operators. Try site:myworkdayjobs.com "Bengaluru" "your role", plus the same query on boards.greenhouse.io, jobs.lever.co and jobs.ashbyhq.com. Filter results to the past week. Then build a target company list and check those career pages weekly.

Can AI auto-apply to jobs on Workday or Greenhouse?

Yes. myjobb auto-applies on Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other major ATS platforms, plus Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre. It submits server-side through your own logged-in session. LinkedIn jobs appear in your feed for one-click apply, with auto-apply on the roadmap.

How do I know which ATS a company uses?

Look at the URL when you click Apply. myworkdayjobs.com means Workday. boards.greenhouse.io means Greenhouse. jobs.lever.co means Lever. jobs.ashbyhq.com means Ashby. icims.com, taleo.net and successfactors.com are equally obvious. The domain tells you how long the form will be.
