Short answer: yes, you can auto apply to Workday jobs, and to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Oracle career pages too. myjobb is India's first AI job agent and a universal auto-apply agent: it applies to jobs on Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre, and on company career pages running Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other major ATS platforms. It submits through your own logged-in session, server-side, while your laptop stays shut.
This guide explains what each ATS form actually looks like, what breaks on it, and what an auto-apply agent can and cannot do. It is written for Indian candidates, because most auto-apply content is not.

Which job boards and ATS platforms can myjobb auto-apply to?
myjobb auto-applies on four Indian portals and on company career pages running seven major ATS platforms. That dual coverage is the difference. Indian portal tools skip global ATS boards. Global tools skip Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre. myjobb does both from one agent, on one daily cap.
Here is the full per-ATS picture. This is the table to read if you only read one thing.
- Workday. Typical form length: 5 to 8 screens, 15 to 30 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: A separate candidate account per employer. Resume parser mangles work history, so you retype it. Session times out mid-flow. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Greenhouse. Typical form length: 1 page, 3 to 8 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Custom question sets change per company. Cover letter fields. File type and size limits on uploads. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Lever. Typical form length: 1 page, 2 to 5 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: The free-text "additional information" box. Required links (GitHub, portfolio) that you do not have handy. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Ashby. Typical form length: 1 page, 2 to 5 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Conditional questions that appear only after you answer an earlier one. Work-authorisation branches. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Oracle Recruiting. Typical form length: 6 to 12 screens, 20 to 40 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Mandatory account with strict password rules. Legacy UI. Hard session timeouts that wipe progress. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- SAP SuccessFactors. Typical form length: 4 to 8 screens, 15 to 25 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Country-specific data consent screens. Duplicate profile detection blocking a second application. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- iCIMS. Typical form length: 3 to 6 screens, 10 to 20 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Resume re-entry after parsing. iForms and add-on questionnaires. Occasional assessments. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Naukri. Typical form length: Portal apply, 1 to 3 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: CTC in lakhs, notice period, recruiter chatbot questions. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre. Typical form length: Portal apply, 1 to 3 minutes · What usually trips applicants up: Profile completeness gates, per-portal daily caps. · myjobb auto-apply: Yes
- LinkedIn. Typical form length: Easy Apply or redirect · What usually trips applicants up: Not applicable · myjobb auto-apply: No. Feed only, roadmap
LinkedIn jobs show up in your ranked myjobb feed. You click through and apply yourself. LinkedIn auto-apply is on the roadmap and is not live. We say that plainly because an overclaim here would cost you an account, not us.
What is an ATS job board, and why do Indian candidates hit them constantly?
An ATS job board is the company's own careers site, powered by software like Workday or Greenhouse. It is not Naukri. It sits on the employer's domain, so you apply directly to the company. Most senior and product roles in India now live here rather than on a portal.
Ten years ago an Indian job search meant Naukri, and Naukri only. That is no longer true, and the shift is structural.
Global capability centres. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, Chennai and Noida host thousands of GCCs. These are the India engineering and operations arms of global banks, retailers, insurers, pharma companies and airlines. Their parent company bought Workday or SuccessFactors globally. The India req goes into the same system.
Global product companies hiring in India. SaaS and infrastructure companies with India teams almost universally run Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. Those are the default choices of Series A to Series D companies worldwide.
Indian product companies that scaled fast. Plenty of well-funded Indian startups moved off spreadsheets onto Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby as they crossed a few hundred people. Their careers page is an ATS page.
Consulting, professional services and large enterprises. Many run Oracle Recruiting or iCIMS. If a form looks like it was designed in 2011, it usually is a legacy Oracle instance.
Here is the part that matters. A large share of these roles never appear on an Indian job portal at all. Some are posted only on the company careers page. Others reach LinkedIn but redirect straight out to the ATS. If your entire job search runs through Naukri, you are not seeing the market. You are seeing a slice of it.
That is why an auto-apply agent that only covers Indian portals leaves money on the table, and why one that only covers global ATS boards is useless for the services and mass-hiring end of the Indian market. You need both. Read our guide to auto-applying on Naukri safely and our Instahyre, Hirist and Foundit walkthrough for the portal side.
What does a Workday job application actually look like?
A Workday application is a multi-step wizard on a myworkdayjobs.com subdomain owned by that one employer. You create an account for that employer, upload a resume, then correct the parsed work history field by field. Expect five to eight screens and fifteen to thirty minutes per application.
Workday is the most common ATS at large enterprises, and the most disliked by candidates. The complaints are consistent and they are fair.
You need an account per company. Workday stores your candidate profile inside each employer's tenant, not globally. Applying to a bank and then a retailer means two accounts, two passwords, two profiles. Nothing carries over. This is a Workday architecture decision, not something the employer chose.
The resume parser is unreliable. Workday tries to read your PDF into structured fields. Multi-column layouts, tables, icons and design flourishes break it. You then hand-correct every role, date and bullet. This is exactly why a single-column, selectable-text resume matters, which our ATS resume format guide for India covers in detail.
The flow is long. My Information, My Experience, Application Questions, Voluntary Disclosures, Self Identification, Review. Each is a separate screen with its own required fields.
Sessions time out. Step away for a coffee and you can lose the screen you were on.
Now multiply that by forty applications. That is where auto apply workday stops being a convenience and starts being the only realistic way to cover the market.
myjobb handles the Workday flow end to end. It signs in with your authorised session for that tenant, walks the wizard, fills typed fields from your master profile, answers the application questions, and submits. You get the confirmation in your 9:00 AM IST report.
How is a Greenhouse application different from Workday?
Greenhouse is dramatically shorter. Most Greenhouse applications are a single page: resume upload, name, email, phone, a few links, then a custom question block set by the company. No account needed in most cases. Budget three to eight minutes manually versus twenty for Workday.
Greenhouse is the default ATS for global product companies and well-funded startups. If you are applying to a SaaS company with an India engineering team, there is a good chance you are on a job-boards.greenhouse.io page or a Greenhouse form embedded in the company's own careers site.
What actually varies on Greenhouse is the custom question block. Greenhouse gives employers a flexible question builder, so one company asks three questions and another asks twelve. Common ones include:
- Why do you want to work here?
- Describe a project you are proud of.
- What is your current and expected compensation?
- Are you legally authorised to work in India?
- What is your notice period?
- Where did you hear about this role?
The first two are the ones that break naive automation. A click bot either skips them, which fails a required field, or pastes the same paragraph everywhere, which a recruiter spots in seconds. We cover how myjobb handles those below.
For auto apply greenhouse specifically, the win is volume with quality. Greenhouse forms are short, so myjobb can complete a lot of them per run, each with a resume tailored to that job description by the AI resume builder.
What about Lever and Ashby: how short are those forms?
Lever and Ashby are the fastest ATS forms in common use. Both are single-page. Lever asks for name, email, phone, resume, and a short set of links plus optional questions. Ashby is similar but with better parsing and conditional logic. Two to five minutes each by hand.
Lever sits on jobs.lever.co or embedded in the careers page. The form is clean. The two things that slow people down are the "additional information" free-text box, which is effectively an unlabelled cover letter, and required portfolio or GitHub links. Lever is popular with mid-stage startups and design-led companies.
Ashby is the newest of the four and the best built. It parses resumes well, remembers less, and asks smart conditional questions. Answer "yes" to one question and two more appear. That conditional logic is what breaks browser macros, because the macro was recorded against a form that had fewer fields. Ashby is common at newer product companies, including several with India teams.
For auto apply lever jobs and ashby auto apply, form length is not the problem. Discovery is. These roles are scattered across hundreds of individual company career pages and rarely aggregate anywhere Indian candidates look. myjobb reads 50,000+ new jobs a day and surfaces them ranked against your resume, with the reason each one matched.
Why is Oracle Recruiting the hardest ATS to apply on?
Oracle Recruiting is the heaviest ATS in common use. It forces account creation with strict password rules, spreads the application across six to twelve screens, and enforces hard session timeouts that can wipe your progress. Twenty to forty minutes per application is normal.
Oracle Recruiting shows up at large Indian enterprises, banks, telecom operators, public sector undertakings and older multinationals. The interface has not meaningfully changed in a decade. Common friction points:
- A separate registration flow before you can even see the form.
- Resume parsing into rigid fields that you must then correct.
- CAPTCHAs on registration.
- Multi-page questionnaires with knockout logic.
- A confirmation email that arrives from a no-reply address you will never find again.
myjobb supports Oracle Recruiting auto-apply. That said, this is the ATS family where account-creation requirements most often need a one-time manual setup from you. See the honest limits section below.
What about SuccessFactors, iCIMS and the other ATS platforms?
SAP SuccessFactors is long and consent-heavy, common at European and Japanese multinationals with India operations. iCIMS is medium length with add-on questionnaires. myjobb auto-applies on both, using the same session-based submission model.
SAP SuccessFactors usually lives on a career.<company>.com domain. Expect account creation, four to eight screens, and country-specific data privacy consent pages. It also has aggressive duplicate profile detection, which can block a second application under a slightly different email.
iCIMS is the middle ground. Three to six screens, decent parsing, but employers can bolt on "iForms" and assessments. Common at US healthcare, logistics and financial services companies with Indian GCCs.
Why does session-based server-side auto-apply beat a Chrome extension click bot?
Most ats job board auto apply tools are Chrome extensions that click through a form while you watch. myjobb submits server-side through your own authorised session instead. Your browser stays closed, your laptop can be off, and there is no recorded macro to break when a company changes a field.
The difference is not cosmetic. It changes what actually works.
Reliability. A click bot is a recorded sequence of positions and selectors. Workday tenants are configured per employer, so field order genuinely varies between companies. Ashby shows conditional questions that did not exist when the macro was recorded. Every one of those is a silent failure. Server-side submission reads the form as it is right now.
No browser open. Extension tools need a live tab, a logged-in machine and a person nearby. Close the laptop and the run dies mid-application. myjobb applies overnight and hands you a report at 9:00 AM IST.
No macro breakage. ATS vendors ship UI updates constantly. Extension-based tools break, then patch, then break again. Simplify built a genuinely good autofill extension, and it is still an extension: it fills, you submit. LazyApply is LinkedIn and Indeed centric. JobCopilot and LoopCV do submit, but neither touches Naukri, Foundit, Hirist or Instahyre. ApplyCove covers Indian portals but not the global ATS boards in the table above.
Account safety. myjobb applies one at a time per platform per user, respects each platform's daily caps, and never bursts. You set the daily cap yourself, anywhere from 1 to 25. There is a match-score floor, so it only applies to strong matches, and it skips duplicates.
How the session works. The myjobb Chrome extension is used once, to capture session cookies. It never sees your password. Cookies are AES-256-GCM encrypted, auto-refreshed, and revocable from your dashboard at any time. Applications submit through your own session, so they look identical to a manual submission on the recruiter's side. More on the security model in our piece on whether AI auto-apply is safe in India.
How does myjobb answer ATS screening questions without submitting garbage?
Typed fields like location, CTC and notice period come straight from your profile. Open-ended questions get a reasoned answer written in your voice, with a confidence score attached. If confidence is low on a mandatory question, the run pauses and asks you. It never guesses and submits.
This is the single biggest quality gap in auto-apply tools, and it is where most of them lose recruiters.
Greenhouse asks "Why are you interested in this role?" Lever has its free-text box. Ashby branches into conditional follow-ups. Workday has an Application Questions screen that varies by req. A tool that pastes the same 80 words into all of them is generating spam, and a recruiter reading twenty applications a day will notice.
myjobb's approach:
- Read the job description first. The answer references the actual role, not a generic template.
- Draw from your master profile. Real projects, real numbers, real employers. It never fabricates facts.
- Score its own confidence. Every generated answer carries a score.
- Pause on low confidence. If the question is mandatory and the agent is unsure, the run stops and asks you. You answer once, and it learns for next time.
- Show you everything. The 9:00 AM IST daily report lists every question, every answer and every application. One-click retry on failures.
That pause behaviour costs you a small amount of throughput. It buys you applications a recruiter will actually read. If you want the volume argument in full, we wrote about applying to 100 jobs a day without becoming spam.
How do you set up auto apply for Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby?
Setup takes about fifteen minutes once. After that the agent runs nightly on the cap you set.
- Build your master profile. Import a PDF resume or a LinkedIn profile URL. Fill in CTC, expected CTC, notice period, current location and relocation preference. These are the fields Indian forms ask for and international tools get wrong.
- Install the Chrome extension once. It captures session cookies for the platforms you authorise. No passwords. Revoke any time.
- Set your targets. Roles, cities, experience band, salary floor, companies to skip.
- Set your daily cap and match floor. Pick a number between 1 and 25. Set the minimum match score so the agent only applies to strong fits.
- Review the first three runs. Read the 9:00 AM IST report. Correct any screening answer you do not like. The agent carries the correction forward.
- Let it run. Applications go out overnight across Indian portals and ATS career pages, with a fresh tailored resume per job.
Full feature detail sits on the auto-apply agent page.
What are the honest limits of ATS auto-apply?
Some ATS instances require you to create an account manually the first time. Some employers add timed assessments or video interviews that no agent should complete for you. And myjobb does not auto-apply on LinkedIn. Those jobs appear in your feed and you click through yourself.
We would rather write this section than have you discover it in week two.
Account creation. Workday, Oracle Recruiting and SuccessFactors sometimes require a fresh candidate account for an employer you have never applied to. Where the flow allows it, myjobb handles it. Where the employer has added a CAPTCHA or an email verification step, you complete it once and the agent takes over from there.
Assessments. A growing number of reqs attach a coding test, a psychometric test or a one-way video interview. myjobb submits the application and flags the assessment in your report. It does not sit the test. Any tool that claims otherwise is describing fraud.
Cover letters that are genuinely bespoke. myjobb drafts strong tailored answers. For a role you truly care about, write the cover letter yourself. Use the agent for the other thirty applications.
LinkedIn auto-apply is not live. LinkedIn roles rank in your feed with a match score and reason. You apply with one click. Auto-apply on LinkedIn is on the roadmap. We will say so on this page when it ships.
India only today. myjobb serves Indian job seekers. That includes global ATS boards for India-based roles. International expansion is on the 2027 roadmap.
Volume is not the goal. Forty relevant applications beat four hundred scattergun ones. The match floor exists for a reason. Use it.
What does auto apply on Workday and Greenhouse cost in India?
Pricing is in rupees, prepaid, with no auto-renew. Free is ₹0 and includes 10 auto-applies a month. Plus is ₹499 a month for 100 auto-applies. Pro is ₹1,999 a month for unlimited auto-applies and unlimited tailored resumes. Unused auto-applies roll over for 30 days.
- Free. Price: ₹0 · Auto-applies: 10 per month · Tailored resumes: 3 per month · Referrals: Not included
- Plus. Price: ₹499 per month · Auto-applies: 100 per month · Tailored resumes: 10 per month · Referrals: 2 companies, 10 to 20 referrers
- Pro. Price: ₹1,999 per month · Auto-applies: Unlimited · Tailored resumes: Unlimited · Referrals: 10 companies, 50 to 100 referrers
There is no separate charge for ATS boards versus Indian portals. A Workday submission and a Naukri submission both count as one auto-apply. Free needs no credit card. Students and active job seekers can request a free month of Pro at contact@myjobb.ai. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Run the arithmetic on Workday alone. Twenty Workday applications by hand is roughly seven hours of form filling. Plus at ₹499 covers a hundred applications across every ATS in the table. That is the entire case.
Frequently asked questions
Can AI auto-apply to jobs on Workday?
Yes. myjobb auto-applies on Workday career pages, walking the full multi-step wizard: My Information, My Experience, Application Questions and submission. It runs server-side through your own authorised session, so no browser needs to be open. It also covers Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors and iCIMS, plus Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre.
Can you automate Greenhouse job applications?
Yes, and Greenhouse is one of the easier ATS platforms to automate. Most Greenhouse forms are a single page with a resume upload and a custom question block. myjobb fills the typed fields from your profile, writes the open-ended answers in your voice with a confidence score, attaches a resume tailored to that job description, and submits.
Why does Workday ask you to create a new account for every company?
Because Workday stores your candidate profile inside each employer's own tenant, not in one shared database. Each company licenses its own instance, so nothing carries across. That is why applying to ten Workday employers means ten accounts and ten profiles. An auto-apply agent absorbs that repetition instead of you doing it manually every time.
Can recruiters tell if you used an auto-apply tool?
Not from the submission itself. There is no flag on an application that says it was automated, and myjobb submits through your own session so it looks identical to manual. What recruiters do notice is generic content: the same paragraph pasted across every screening question. Tailored answers and a per-job resume are what keep applications credible.
How long does a Workday job application take?
Fifteen to thirty minutes by hand, and longer when the resume parser mangles your work history and you retype it. Oracle Recruiting can take forty. Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby are much faster at two to eight minutes. With myjobb, all of them run overnight and land in your 9:00 AM IST report.
Start applying where the jobs actually are
Most Indian job seekers are fighting for the visible slice of the market on one portal. The GCC, product and multinational roles sitting on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby career pages are quieter, and far fewer people finish those forms.
myjobb applies to both. Set a cap, set a match floor, and let the agent work overnight.
Try the auto-apply agent free. Ten applications a month at ₹0, no card needed. If you are still deciding whether an agent beats a job board or a bot, start with what an AI job agent actually is.
