Terms of Service

You are entering into this agreement with Infyn Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are referred to in these Terms as “myjobb”, “we”, or “us”. You — the human using our services — are referred to as “you”.

myjobb is an AI Job Agent. It comprises:

• The web application at myjobb.ai (and any subdomains we operate).
• The companion Chrome extension distributed via the Chrome Web Store.
• Any API surfaces, webhooks, mobile clients, or developer tools we make available.

The service helps you discover relevant roles, score how well they fit your résumé, tailor your CV per posting, and — if you opt in — submit applications on your behalf through job-board integrations that you have explicitly authorised.

myjobb does not operate or run any of the third-party job boards visible inside the product. Our job index is built from two lawful sources:

• Public job-search aggregators. We retrieve job postings from publicly indexable search aggregators (including Google for Jobs and similar metasearch surfaces) the same way any internet user can — by issuing search queries and reading publicly published results. We do not bypass paywalls, ignore robots.txt directives, or use credentials we do not own.
• User-authorised platform integrations. Where you connect a third-party job platform to your myjobb account via the Chrome extension or a similar consent step, you are explicitly granting us permission to act on your behalf on that platform using your own logged-in session — exactly as you would do manually. This is performed only after your express opt-in and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard.

We respect the terms of service of every upstream source. If a source operator notifies us that a particular usage pattern is incompatible with their terms, we adjust or withdraw the integration. Company names, logos, and posting text shown inside myjobb are the property of their respective owners and are surfaced only as factual identifiers of public job postings; nothing about myjobb implies endorsement by any employer or platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use myjobb.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, résumé, and preferences you provide. myjobb will not invent qualifications you do not have, but it will surface what you told it.
• You may not share your account, run automated headless clients pretending to be you, or use myjobb for any purpose other than the one it is designed for.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, email us immediately and we will lock it.

Auto-apply is opt-in. Nothing is submitted on your behalf until you have:

• Connected the relevant job-board account via the Chrome extension;
• Defined the matching criteria (titles, locations, compensation, score threshold);
• Toggled auto-apply to enabled in your dashboard.

You can pause or disable auto-apply at any moment. Disabling it takes effect on the next scheduled run.

You acknowledge that each application is submitted as if you had clicked “apply” yourself, that the contents are based on the profile and résumé you provided, and that you remain solely responsible for the truthfulness of those contents.

To make this airtight:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
• We do not apply to roles you have not opted into.
• We do not invent, fabricate, or embellish your work history.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome — interviews, offers, or hire decisions are made by employers, not us.
• We do not provide legal, financial, immigration, or career-counselling advice.

Free tiers exist for trial use. Paid plans are prepaid for the cycle you choose at checkout (weekly or monthly). Plans do not auto-renew: access continues until the end of the cycle you paid for and then stops unless you purchase another cycle. Prices are listed in INR exclusive of applicable taxes; GST is charged additionally as required by law.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

myjobb (the brand, software, design system, and underlying matching technology) belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for the purposes described here.

Your résumé, profile, and the content you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant myjobb the licence required to operate the service — to parse, score, and (if you have opted in) submit it on your behalf — and nothing broader.

Third-party trademarks, company logos, and job-posting text shown inside myjobb belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use myjobb to apply to roles you are not legally entitled to apply to (e.g. roles requiring credentials you do not hold).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform.
• Use myjobb to scrape, harvest, or resell job-posting data to third parties.
• Impersonate another person or use someone else’s résumé.
• Submit malicious payloads, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do everything reasonable to keep it accurate, fast, and reliable, but we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

Match scores, tailored résumés, and suggested actions are informational outputs. They do not constitute professional advice. You make the final decision on every application.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and (b) INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify myjobb against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, your provision of false information to an employer through myjobb, or your unlawful use of the service.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if maintaining your account would expose us or other users to harm, or if we are required to do so by law. Wherever practical, we will give you notice and a chance to cure first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before filing suit, we both agree to attempt a 30-day good-faith resolution by email.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
