Auto Apply to Jobs in India: Portals + ATS Boards

Auto-apply to almost any job in India: Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre plus Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever ATS career pages. Free plan, live pricing.

myjobb is India's first AI job agent and a universal auto-apply agent: it applies to jobs on Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre, and on company career pages running Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other major ATS platforms. That dual coverage is the whole point. Tools built to auto apply to jobs in India usually stop at the Indian portals. Global tools usually skip the Indian portals completely. myjobb does both, from one agent, with a fresh tailored resume for every single application.

50K+ jobs read daily · 4 Indian portals + 7 major ATS platforms · 1-25 applications a day, your cap · Free plan ₹0 · Plus ₹499/mo

What does "auto apply" actually mean for jobs in India?

Auto apply means software submits a real job application on your behalf, end to end, without you opening the form. It reads the job description, picks or builds the right resume, fills every field, answers the screening questions, and clicks submit. You wake up to a list of what went out.

That is different from autofill. Autofill pastes your details into a form and waits for you to press submit. Autofill saves you two minutes. Auto apply saves you the whole evening.

In India the distinction matters more than it does elsewhere. Indian application forms ask for current CTC in lakhs, expected CTC, notice period in days, current location, and willingness to relocate. A tool that leaves those blank does not save you anything. The application is dead on arrival.

myjobb fills those fields from your profile. It knows a notice period is 30, 60 or 90 days. It knows CTC is quoted in LPA, not in dollars. It knows Bengaluru and Bangalore are the same city.

Which job boards and ATS platforms can myjobb auto apply to?

myjobb auto-applies on four Indian job portals and on company career pages running seven major ATS platforms. The Indian portals are Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre. The ATS platforms are Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS. LinkedIn jobs appear in your ranked feed, and you click through to apply.

Coverage table

Indian job portals

  • Naukri. Auto-apply supported: Yes · How it runs: Server-side submission on your own logged-in session
  • Foundit (formerly Monster India). Auto-apply supported: Yes · How it runs: Server-side submission, full screening Q and A
  • Hirist. Auto-apply supported: Yes · How it runs: Server-side submission, tech roles
  • Instahyre. Auto-apply supported: Yes · How it runs: Server-side submission, curated startup roles
  • LinkedIn. Auto-apply supported: No, roadmap · How it runs: Jobs appear in your ranked feed, you apply in one click

ATS platforms and company career pages

  • Workday. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Global capability centres, large enterprises, banks
  • Greenhouse. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Product startups, scale-ups, VC-backed firms
  • Ashby. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Newer product companies and AI startups
  • Lever. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Mid-size tech and SaaS companies
  • Oracle Recruiting. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Legacy enterprises, manufacturing, telecom
  • SAP SuccessFactors. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: Large Indian conglomerates and MNC subsidiaries
  • iCIMS. Auto-apply supported: Yes · Typical India employers using it: US-headquartered firms with India teams

That second table is the one nobody else in India can print. It is also why myjobb reaches roles that never appear on a job board at all. A Workday posting at a Bengaluru GCC often lives only on the company career site. If your tool cannot touch Workday, that job does not exist for you.

Read the portal-specific detail in our guides to auto-apply on Naukri safely and auto-apply on Instahyre, Hirist and Foundit.

Why do most auto apply tools cover only half the Indian job market?

Because they were built for one side of the market. India-first tools learned Naukri and stopped. US-first tools learned Workday and Greenhouse and never localised. Your actual job search crosses both, so a single-sided tool leaves half your shortlist untouched every week.

Here is the split, stated fairly. These are all capable products in their own lane.

  • myjobb. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: Yes, all four · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes, seven major platforms · Both sides: Yes
  • ApplyCove. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: Naukri only · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Extension-assisted on company pages · Both sides: No
  • AgentCo (Scout). Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: Naukri, iimjobs, Hirist · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes, via local agent runtime · Both sides: Partial
  • LoopCV. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes, plus email outreach · Both sides: No
  • AIApply. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes · Both sides: No
  • JobCopilot. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes, broad company-site coverage · Both sides: No
  • FastApply. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Yes, wide ATS coverage · Both sides: No
  • Simplify. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: Autofill only, you press submit · Both sides: No
  • LazyApply. Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre: No · Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS: LinkedIn and Indeed focused · Both sides: No

Read the fine print in that table. ApplyCove is genuinely good on Naukri and gives you a live session view. Simplify has the cleanest autofill in the category. JobCopilot and FastApply cover a lot of ATS tenants. Their gap is not quality. Their gap is that an Indian job seeker needs both columns on the same day, and only one row gives you both.

AgentCo deserves a note. It does reach Indian boards and ATS boards, but it runs as a plugin inside a developer CLI and needs a separate AI subscription on top. That is a real barrier if you are not a developer.

How does myjobb auto apply to jobs on your behalf?

myjobb makes real server-side submissions through your own logged-in sessions. It does not run a macro that clicks buttons in your browser while you watch. It holds an authenticated session, builds the application, and posts it the same way your own click would. The recruiter sees an application from you, because it is one.

Here is the full flow.

1. You build one master profile. Import a PDF resume or paste your LinkedIn profile URL. myjobb extracts your roles, skills, CTC, notice period and location preferences. This takes about five minutes and you do it once.

2. You connect your accounts once. Install the Chrome extension and log in to Naukri, Foundit, Hirist or Instahyre the way you normally do. The extension captures the session cookie for that site. It never sees or stores your password. The cookie is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, refreshed automatically, and you can revoke it from your dashboard at any time. After the capture, you can leave the extension idle.

3. The agent reads 50,000+ new jobs a day. It pulls from Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre, and from ATS career pages. It deduplicates the same role posted in four places. It scores every job against your resume and shows you why each one matched.

4. It picks only strong matches. You set a match-score floor. Anything below the floor is skipped, not applied to. This is the setting that separates targeted applying from spray and pray.

5. It builds a fresh resume per job. The AI resume builder ranks the keywords that specific JD scans for, rewrites your bullets around them, and quantifies impact. It never invents a job, a date or a number. The output is a LaTeX-rendered single-column PDF with selectable text, parsed cleanly by 16 ATS engines. Each resume stays linked to that job forever.

6. It fills the form and answers the questions. Typed fields come straight from your profile. Open-ended screening questions get a reasoned answer written in your voice, with a confidence score attached.

7. It submits, one at a time, per platform. No bursts. No parallel hammering of a single portal. This keeps your portal accounts healthy.

8. You get a 9:00 AM IST report. Every application, every question, every answer, in one email. Anything that failed gets a one-click retry.

The applications run overnight. You read the summary with your morning chai.

Can myjobb auto apply to LinkedIn jobs?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. LinkedIn auto-apply is on the myjobb roadmap and is not live today. LinkedIn jobs still appear in your ranked feed with a match score and a match reason, so you never miss them. You click through and apply yourself, which takes seconds on an Easy Apply role.

We are explicit about this because the alternative is worse. A tool that quietly claims LinkedIn auto-apply and then does not deliver costs you trust and time. Everything in the coverage tables above is live right now.

Is auto apply safe for your Naukri and Instahyre accounts?

Yes, when the applications look like yours, because they are yours. myjobb submits through your own authenticated session at a human pace, one application at a time per platform, inside a daily cap you set. Recruiters cannot distinguish an auto-applied submission from a manual one. There is no headless scraping and no credential sharing.

The controls that keep it safe:

  • Daily cap, set by you, from 1 to 25. Not 200. Not unlimited. You choose the number and can lower it any day.
  • Match-score floor. The agent only applies above the threshold you set. A low floor means volume. A high floor means precision. Most users land around a strict floor for the first week, then loosen it.
  • Duplicate detection. The same role reposted on Naukri and Foundit gets one application, not two.
  • Platform rate limits respected. myjobb stays inside each portal's own daily limits rather than probing them.
  • One at a time, per platform, per user. No parallel submissions on the same account.
  • Pause on low confidence. If a mandatory screening question gets a low-confidence answer, the run stops and asks you. It never submits a guess on a knockout question.

That last rule is the one that matters most. A wrong answer to "Do you have 5 years of Java experience?" is not a small error. It is an instant rejection, and you never find out why. So myjobb refuses to guess.

Revoking access takes one click. The session token is deleted immediately. Your portal login is untouched.

More detail in our guide on whether AI auto-apply is safe in India.

How does the AI answer screening questions without embarrassing you?

It answers from your profile first, and reasons only where it has to. Typed fields like current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location and relocation come directly from stored values, so they are always right. Free-text questions get a short answer written in your voice, scored for confidence, and logged in your morning report.

Typical Indian screening questions the agent handles cleanly:

  • Current and expected CTC in lakhs per annum
  • Notice period in days, and whether it is negotiable
  • Current location and preferred locations
  • Total and relevant years of experience
  • Highest qualification and year of passing
  • Willingness to work from office, hybrid or remote

Open-ended questions like "Why are you a good fit for this role?" get a reasoned answer that references the JD and your real experience. If the confidence score is low and the question is mandatory, the run pauses. You answer once, and the agent remembers your answer for similar questions later.

You can review every answer that went out. Nothing is hidden behind a black box.

How many jobs should you auto apply to per day in India?

Between 10 and 25 well-matched applications a day beats 200 random ones. Indian recruiters sort by relevance and recency, and portals rate-limit bursts. myjobb caps you at 25 scheduled applications a day for exactly this reason. Quality of match drives interview calls, not raw volume.

A realistic week on the Plus plan looks like this:

  • Monday. Auto-applies sent: 18 · Where they went: 11 Naukri, 4 Instahyre, 3 Greenhouse
  • Tuesday. Auto-applies sent: 22 · Where they went: 9 Naukri, 6 Hirist, 7 Workday
  • Wednesday. Auto-applies sent: 15 · Where they went: 7 Foundit, 5 Naukri, 3 Lever
  • Thursday. Auto-applies sent: 20 · Where they went: 10 Naukri, 4 Instahyre, 6 Ashby
  • Friday. Auto-applies sent: 17 · Where they went: 8 Hirist, 5 Naukri, 4 SuccessFactors

That is 92 applications in five days, all above your score floor, each with its own tailored resume. Doing that by hand at ten minutes per application is over fifteen hours of work.

Who should use an AI that applies to jobs for you?

Anyone whose job search is losing to their calendar. If you are working full time, applications happen after 10 PM or not at all. Auto apply moves that work to a server that does not get tired.

The four profiles that get the most out of it:

Working professionals with a notice period. You cannot browse Naukri at your desk. The agent applies overnight and you review at 9 AM.

Freshers and early-career candidates. Volume genuinely matters at entry level, and the tailored resume per job is what stops volume from becoming spam.

Engineers targeting product companies and GCCs. These roles live on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and Workday, not on Naukri. This is where dual coverage pays for itself in the first week.

Anyone in a long search. After 200 manual applications, quality drops. The agent's 201st application is identical in quality to its first.

How do you set up automatic job application in India in under 10 minutes?

  3. Set your targets. Roles, cities, minimum CTC, notice period, remote or hybrid.

  5. Set your daily cap and match-score floor. Start at 10 a day and a strict floor.

Steps 1 to 5 take under ten minutes. Step 6 runs forever.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI apply to jobs for me in India?

Yes. myjobb applies on your behalf on Naukri, Foundit, Hirist and Instahyre, and on Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and other ATS career pages. It submits through your own logged-in session, builds a tailored resume for each job, answers screening questions, and emails you a full report at 9:00 AM IST.

Can AI auto-apply to jobs on Workday or Greenhouse?

Yes. myjobb auto-applies on company career pages running Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Oracle Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS. This matters in India because GCCs, product companies and global firms hiring here post many roles only on their own ATS career page, never on a job portal.

Is auto apply safe for my Naukri account?

Yes, when applications go through your own authorised session at human pace. myjobb caps you at 1 to 25 applications a day, submits one at a time per platform, respects portal rate limits, and never scrapes. The Chrome extension captures a session cookie only, never your password, and you can revoke access instantly.

How many jobs can I auto apply to per day?

You set the cap between 1 and 25 applications a day. You can also fire a batch of up to 10 from chat on demand. myjobb deliberately does not offer 200 a day, because burst applying triggers portal rate limits and lowers your match quality. Well-matched applications get more interview calls than high volume.

Is there a free auto apply tool for jobs in India?

Yes. myjobb's free plan costs ₹0 and includes 10 auto-applies a month, 3 tailored resumes a month, and the full ranked job feed across every supported portal. No credit card is needed. Paid plans start at ₹499 per month for 100 auto-applies and 10 resumes.

Start applying while you sleep

You already know which jobs you want. The bottleneck is the forms, the CTC fields, the screening questions and the fifteenth resume rewrite of the week.

myjobb handles all of it, on Indian portals and on ATS career pages, with your own accounts and your own words. Set a cap, set a floor, and read the report in the morning.
