Things people ask before they buy.
- Does my plan auto-renew?
No. Every plan is prepaid for the cycle you pick (weekly or monthly). Access runs to the end of that cycle, then stops unless you buy another. Nothing charges automatically.
- What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major Indian + international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), and net-banking. We process payments via Razorpay.
- What happens to unused auto-applies at the end of the month or week?
Unused auto-applies roll over for 30 days. After that they expire, but the next cycle resets your full quota.
- Can I switch from monthly to weekly mid-cycle?
Yes. Finish your current cycle, then pick the cycle you want next time. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, so you only pay for what you choose.
- Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Because plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, you only ever pay for the cycle you choose.
- Are add-on bundles one-time or recurring?
One-time. Buy them once, apply them to your account whenever you want. They don't expire (except referrals, see below).
- How many actual referrers do I get per company?
5-10 warmed referrers per company. The agent finds people inside the company whose role, tenure and network suggest they can credibly refer you, then drafts a warm intro message you approve before we send. So Plus (2 companies) unlocks 10-20 real referrers; Pro (10 companies) unlocks 50-100.
- Do purchased referrals expire?
Yes, after 60 days from purchase. Referrals are a high-touch unit, so we want to make sure they get used while the relationships are warm.
- How many auto-applies, resumes, and referrals do I get on each plan?
Free is the matched job feed only, with no auto-apply, resume tailoring, or referrals. Plus (₹999/month) unlocks 100 auto-applies, 10 tailored resumes, and 2 referral companies a month. Pro (₹3,499/month) gives unlimited auto-applies and resumes, 10 referral companies, plus cold email sequences and full job automations. Weekly plans carry a smaller slice of the same quotas.
- Is there a student discount?
Yes. We give a month of Pro to selected jobseekers (students included) who need a push. Email contact@myjobb.ai to apply.
- Do you support international job applications?
Not yet. myjobb is India-first; our source platforms are all Indian. International coverage is on the roadmap for 2027.
