Things people ask before they buy.
- Does my plan auto-renew?
No. Every plan is prepaid for the cycle you pick (monthly or quarterly). Access runs to the end of that cycle, then stops unless you buy another. Nothing charges automatically.
- What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major Indian + international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), and net-banking. We process payments via Razorpay.
- What happens to unused applications at the end of the month?
They expire. Applications do not roll over — your full allowance comes back at the start of the next month, and the count you see is always for the current cycle.
- Can I switch between monthly and quarterly mid-cycle?
Yes. Finish your current cycle, then pick the cycle you want next time. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, so you only pay for what you choose. Note that upgrading starts a new cycle on the day you upgrade.
- Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Because plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, you only ever pay for the cycle you choose.
- Are add-on bundles one-time or recurring?
One-time. Buy them once, apply them to your account whenever you want. They don't expire (except referrals, see below).
- How many actual referrers do I get per company?
5-10 warmed referrers per company. The agent finds people inside the company whose role, tenure and network suggest they can credibly refer you, then drafts a warm intro message you approve before we send.
- Do purchased referrals expire?
Yes, after 60 days from purchase. Referrals are a high-touch unit, so we want to make sure they get used while the relationships are warm.
- What is the difference between the plans?
Only the number of applications. On every plan the agent finds the jobs, tailors your resume for each one, applies, and tracks every response — no plan does less. Starter is ₹499 a month for 150 applications per month, Pro is ₹999 for 350, and Max is ₹1,999 for 1,000. All prices include GST. Quarterly is 20% off the total.
- Is there a free trial?
Your first 20 applications are on us, one time, with no card required. It is not a free tier — the product is paid, and the trial is a run.
- Is there a student discount?
Yes. We give a month of Pro to selected jobseekers (students included) who need a push. Email contact@myjobb.ai to apply.
- Do you support international job applications?
Not yet. myjobb is India-first; our source platforms are all Indian. International coverage is on the roadmap for 2027.
