Every posting is read into facts
Gemini reads each job description from Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre and Greenhouse, Ashby and Workday career pages into structured fields: experience range, seniority, must-have skills, work mode and salary, each marked stated, inferred or unknown.
Hard limits go first
A job is removed before scoring if it is closed, older than 45 days, outside your cities and not remote, lists a salary ceiling under 60% of your floor, asks for experience more than five years from yours, or is one you already applied to, saved or dismissed.
Your roles are matched by meaning
Each target role and every job title is turned into an embedding with gemini-embedding-001, and the closest titles are pulled for each role. Every job posted in the last seven days that clears your limits is added too, so a new role is never missed.
A ranking model orders what is left
It weighs about forty signals: title wording and meaning, whether it is the same kind of work, skill coverage, experience and seniority gaps, location and work mode, the description, freshness and the jobs you have held. Jobs that fall under a quality floor in the first pass are dropped before it runs, and the rest get a calibrated match percentage.
You read the reasons and steer
Each job page lists the skills you share, the gaps, and a breakdown of what moved the score. Pass on a job with a reason and it leaves your feed for good. Change your preferences and the feed is ranked again against the new profile.

How does AI job matching work?
myjobb first removes jobs that break your limits: too old, wrong city and not remote, salary well under your floor, or experience far from yours. It then finds the job titles closest in meaning to your target roles, and a ranking model scores each one on about forty signals, including skills, experience, seniority, location and the job description. The score you see is a calibrated match percentage.
Can AI find jobs matching my resume?
Yes. Import your resume or LinkedIn profile during sign-up and myjobb reads your skills, experience and past job titles from it. You confirm up to three target roles, and every open job from Naukri, Foundit, Hirist, Instahyre and company career pages is ranked against that profile.
What does the match percentage mean?
It is the ranking model's score turned into a probability that the job is worth your time. 85% and up reads Best match, 70 to 84% Top pick, 60 to 69% Strong fit, and anything lower Worth applying. The label depends only on that job's own score, so a whole screen can read Best match.
Why did a job get a low match score?
Open the job and read the breakdown. It groups the model's signals into skills, experience, role and title, kind of work, location, seniority, your history, the description and freshness, and the groups add up to the score exactly. A large experience gap or a different line of work usually decides it.
