What we shipped, and when.

The need

Two jobs with the same title aren't the same job — one's a 40-person startup, the other a 200,000-person services firm. You could tell us the role you wanted, never the kind of place you wanted to do it in.

What we built

Tell us the kind of company, once. Product or services, industry, size, and whether pay or work–life matters more. Takes a minute, and "no preference" counts as an answer.

Your ranking actually ranks. Put work–life above pay and the feed reorders around it. Matches only a few employers can make are worth more than ones half the pool gives you.

Every card tells you why. One sentence from that employer's real data — "913 employees give Acme 4.3 for work–life balance." When we don't have the data, the card stays quiet.

• If your work is finance, sales, marketing, HR or operations, there wasn't much in your feed.
• If you're senior enough that the job is running a function rather than working in one, most of what we indexed sat below your level.

IIMJobs is now a myjobb source, with the same feed and the same apply flow as every other board.

• Fresh twice a day. New postings are pulled at 10 AM and 7 PM, then scored against your profile like any other job.
• Apply in one click. Straight from the job page. No new tab, no re-uploading your resume.
• Or don't click at all. Connect IIMJobs once in the Chrome extension and your agent applies to your strong matches for you.
• Screening questions answered. Where a role asks its own, your agent fills them from your profile and remembers them next time.

• Your Naukri connection kept expiring. You had to reconnect again and again just to keep applying.
• The jobs the agent applied to weren't always showing up on your Naukri account, so you couldn't be sure they went through.

• Connect Naukri once. We keep that connection alive in the background, so it stops expiring on you.
• If it ever does drop, the agent quietly refreshes it mid-apply instead of stopping to ask you to reconnect.
• Every application now lands on your real Naukri account, right in your applied list

We plugged five more job boards straight into our aggregation pipeline, so you get more; and better; jobs pulled from across the internet, every day.

• Wellfound, Workday, Ashby, Lever & Greenhouse now feed into myjobb alongside your existing sources.
• ~70,000 fresh jobs a day. These boards carry the roles startups and top companies actually post — now matched to your profile automatically.

Your feed now has an agent that reads your preferences and tells you exactly what to change to see better jobs.

And after you told us the app felt laggy, we rebuilt it to be dramatically faster.

• A preference agent that actually helps. When your feed thins out, it reads your filters against our live job pool and suggests the highest-impact changes — widen salary to ₹8–30 LPA, add Bangalore (+189 jobs), also allow on-site — each grounded in real numbers.
• One-tap apply. Accept and your feed instantly re-matches with the new preferences. Or hit Tweak to edit them yourself.
• It reacts as you scroll. Applied a change? It stops suggesting that one and surfaces the next real gap instead of repeating itself.
• 64% faster, everywhere. You said it felt laggy, so we rebuilt the hot paths — screens that took ~1s now load in ~0.36s.

Your feed just got a brain upgrade. We taught the matching engine that Node.js, Nodejs, and Node-js are the same skill — and slipped in a one-tap freshness filter so you can see today's jobs without digging through preferences.

• Smarter skill matching. Hundreds of name variants now count as one — same trick works for AWS, Excel, K8s, and friends.
• One-tap freshness. New dropdown right on the jobs page: Any / Today / Last 3 / Last 7 / Last 15 days.
• Compound tags, finally split. A job tagged "React.js / Node.js / Python" now matches all three skills instead of none.
• Honest scores. The % you see refreshes with the latest data, not a stale snapshot.
