Qualification: Graduate/UG

Experience: Fresher or Banking Product sales exp. of 0.6 to 5 Years

Age: Below 40 years

Two-wheeler: Required Compulsory

CTC: for Fresher 19487/- + Incentives as per Business

Location: Nashik

Role Overview

The Relationship Officer is responsible for identifying potential borrowers, pitching suitable housing or personal loan products, collecting and verifying documentation, and managing the file until final disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and engage potential clients through market visits, builder tie-ups, channel partners, or cold calling.
• Customer Counseling: Explain loan products, interest rates (ROI), eligibility criteria, tenures, and processing fees to clients.
• Documentation & Verification: Collect, check, and verify KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, and property papers.
• Credit Appraisal: Conduct preliminary credit checks and assess the repayment capacity of the applicant.
• Bank & Underwriter Coordination: Liaise with bank sales managers, credit officers, and legal/technical vendors to ensure smooth file movement and approval.
• Cross-Selling: Pitch complementary financial products like credit cards, insurance, or Agri Loan,
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly conversion and disbursement targets set by the organization.
