Accounts Receivable (AR) - (Cash Application)
Designation -Senior Executive
Experience Required - Minimum 18 months IN Cash apps
Mandatory experience required into AR Cash Application
Salary for Senior Executive - 3.50LPA-4.5LPA
Can Consider only immediate joiners

Shifts: Night shifts and Work from office.
Work Location: Noida sector 144

- Both Sides transport (within the hiring grid)

- Monthly incentives (post completion of training)

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

- Please carry hardcopy of your Resume, AADHAR card, Photocopy of PAN Card and AADHAAR Card and 2 recent passport Size photograph along with you. Entry would not be allowed into the premises without the above-mentioned documents.

NOTE- Do not carry any electronic items like Laptop and Pen drive.

ELIGIBILITY

- Candidate should be a B.com and BBA Grad.

NOTE - Candidates receiving Cash in-hand Salary would not be considered.

Job description -

Understand the basic aspects of Cash Application & Account Receivable Process. Process and apply all cash received daily in the workflow by check and credit card. To research and prepare for conversion any duplicate or overpayments.

1. Monitor the queue and apply customers payments through the client specified portal
2. Retrieve missing remittance information and apply payments
3. Transfer, Re-batch or split payments as per instructions
4. Actively communicate with the branches and collectors in the initiation and processing of customer refunds collect supporting documents, record adjustment entries in client systems and submit refunds.
5. Create and email reports to branch/customer.
6. At month end make sure that all the cash was assigned and applied, all unassigned payments were researched and converted.
