Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns related to healthcare services.
  
• Provide accurate information on hospital facilities, treatments, and procedures to patients.
  
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments with doctors and booking hotel stays for outstation patients.
  
• Maintain records of patient interactions using CRM software.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
