Job Title: Branch Operations Executive

Job Summary: The Branch Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth business processes, maintaining customer service standards, and supporting sales and administrative activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day branch operational activities.
• Verify and process insurance proposal forms and customer documents.
• Support customers by resolving queries related to policies and services.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.
• Manage branch cash, receipts, and other operational records as per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless branch functioning.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in branch operations, administration, customer service, or insurance operations preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and administrative skills may also be considered.
