Visual Graphic Designer

Basic Qualifications
¢ Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred. Also open to Professional Diploma in Graphic Design or Applied Arts holder.
¢ Minimum of 35 years of experience in a high-volume production design environment (Agency or In-House).
¢ High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
¢ A portfolio demonstrating technical precision and experience in volume-based design versioning.
Additional Skills & Preferences
¢ System Knowledge: Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats for regulatory submissions.
¢ DAM Experience: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows and metadata management.
¢ Industry Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical or animal health creative production (familiarity with MLR processes).
¢ Technical Versatility: Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects), UI/UX tools, or experience working within CMS platforms and executing digital content updates is a plus.
¢ Speed & Scale: Ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines simultaneously.
¢ Global Communication: Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), multinational companies, or top-tier agencies supporting US stakeholders Travel & Location
