Hiring: US IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 years in US IT Recruitment
Salary: 30,000–60,000/month
Shift: US Night Shift

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Knowledge of US staffing, including W2, C2C, H-1B, OPT/CPT, and GC.
- Experience screening technical candidates and coordinating interviews.

Important: This is strictly a US IT Staffing role. Domestic IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, and general HR profiles will not be considered.
