Tender Executive

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive with relevant experience in the infrastructure or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for tender documentation, bid preparation, online tender submission, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documents for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and submission requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, financial, and statutory documents.
• Handle online tender submission through e-procurement portals.
• Review BOQs, tender schedules, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, pre-bid requirements, and submission status.
• Maintain tender records, documentation, and submission trackers.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve documentation gaps and obtain necessary approvals.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate; relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in tendering within the infrastructure, construction, or EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and tender submission procedures.
• Hands-on experience with online tendering and e-procurement portals.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

4. Preferred Experience

• Experience handling infrastructure or construction project tenders.
• Familiarity with government, PSU, or private-sector tendering processes.
• Knowledge of BOQs, eligibility documents, and technical and commercial bid requirements.
