Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident tele callers to join the Registration Team for the GSI Event. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential participants, sharing event details, encouraging registrations, and assisting attendees throughout the registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective participants and invite them to register for the GSI Event.
• Explain event details, including the date, venue, agenda, and registration process.
• Follow up with interested participants to complete their registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Respond to queries and provide registration-related assistance.
• Coordinate with the registration team to ensure smooth communication and accurate attendee data.
• Achieve daily calling and registration targets.
• Send registration details and reminders through approved communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic to good English.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior tele calling experience will be an advantage.
