About the Role

This role will be on contractual and the candidate will be working from Home for 6 days a week.

As a telecaller, you will be the voice of Fyn mobility for our existing drivers and leads. You will make outbound calls from home, explain the various drivers earning models, answer questions and record every conversation accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers from the contact lists we provide
• Pitch about various earning models clearly and explain about our offerings, pricing and next steps to get onboarded.
• Follow-ups politely and ensure interested leads are onboarded on the platform.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made / leads generated / conversions.
• Record call outcomes, lead details and follow-up dates in the respective tool on the same day
• Follow the approved call script and compliance rules.
• Escalate complaints and complex issues to the team lead.
• Attend team briefings and training sessions held online.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: • Class 12 pass or above (graduate preferred)
• Experience: 1 year of experience in telecalling activity (preferred in sales/customer service)
• Fluency and clarity in speaking.
• A quiet space at home for uninterrupted calls
• Comfortable in using a laptop, CRM and spreadsheet tool, and familiar to calling platforms.
• Willingness to work six days a week, on the schedule given below.
• Language & Communication:

Agent 1: Kannada + Hindi + English (proficiency must)

Agent 2: Tamil + English (proficiency must)

• Good to have - Knowledge of an additional regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada)
