About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support part-time hiring for Microsoft technologies, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates.
• Recruit for Microsoft technologies, including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, PowerShell, VDI, PKI, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Identify candidates for roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Infrastructure Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and System Administrators.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and build talent pipelines.
• Deliver quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Experience recruiting Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure professionals.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and Boolean searches.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate suitability.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements.
• Experience hiring for international clients is an advantage.
