Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job location: Goregaon east and Airoli

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end white collar recruitment for Oil & Gas/Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry clients requirements
• Understand and source roles such as Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineers, Project/Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, and so on.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates through job portals ( Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn, ApnaJobs, etc.), referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines

Preferred candidate profile

. 0-3 years of expericence

. Graduate with a passion to build a meaningful career as a Recruitment Specialist.

. Good communication and confidence.
