Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the organization through headhunting, campus hiring, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, and volume hiring.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with job requirements.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates who meet company standards.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and techniques (e.g., technical screening).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
