Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team at NoBroker in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, and aspiring HR professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions across departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or management graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply for internship and full-time opportunities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior recruitment or HR internship experience is an added advantage.
