Store Manager For a Cafe and Mart

Job Profile.

• Overall responsibility for daily operations of the mart and cafe (247 coverage via shift system).
• Inventory management, ordering, vendor coordination for high-end imported groceries and cafe supplies.
• Sales targets, P&L monitoring, cost control, and shrinkage reduction.
• Staff scheduling, training, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.
• Customer service standards, hygiene, and quality control for both grocery and cafe.
• Handling escalations, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
  Requirements: Graduate preferred; 3+ years in retail supermarket, convenience, or cafe management. Good knowledge of POS, inventory systems, and basic accounts. Leadership and problem-solving skills. Willing to work flexible hours. Residence within 10 km of Sector 104 preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Shift Manager in retail, supermarket, convenience store, or cafe/QSR.
• Strong preference for candidates with F&B + grocery exposure (or pure F&B with retail exposure).
• Experience handling a 247 or multi-shift store is a plus.
• Must have managed a team of at least 815 people.

Education

• Graduate (any stream).
• Diploma/degree in Retail Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or F&B is an advantage.

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Full store operations (opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, shrinkage control).
• Staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Inventory & vendor management (especially for high-end/imported groceries).
• Basic understanding of cafe operations (food safety, preparation standards, hygiene).
• POS / billing system handling and daily cash reconciliation.
• Customer service and complaint handling.
• Basic P&L awareness and sales target achievement.
• Knowledge of labour laws (shifts, weekly offs, etc.) is desirable.

Location Preference

• Must reside within 10 km of Noida Sector 104 / 105.

Other Requirements

• Ready to work in rotational/shifts as needed (primarily daytime presence).
• Immediate or short notice period preferred.
• Must have valid ID proof and documents for joining formalities.
