Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Planning and executing social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Content Creation & Management: Producing, editing, and scheduling daily content (copy, images, video).
• Community Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Using tools to track KPIs, analyze data, and optimize performance.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Collaboration: Working with marketing, creative, and sales teams on campaigns and brand consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Proven experience in social media management, often with a portfolio.
• Platforms: Deep understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
• Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Content Skills: Strong copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
