At Bambrew, we're building the materials that make plastic obsolete for good. We're looking for a creative, curious individual who wants to learn how brands grow, tell stories, and build meaningful digital communities.

What You'll Do

• Ideate content for Instagram and LinkedIn, from Reels and carousels to campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots.
• Manage the founders LinkedIn profiles, including content strategy, writing, and publishing.
• Create content calendars, write copy, and coordinate with designers and video editors.
• Research trends, audiences, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
• Track performance and use analytics to improve content strategy.

• Content strategy: How to build content pillars, calendars, and campaigns around business goals.
• Founder branding: How to build a founder's voice, professional presence, and thought leadership on LinkedIn.
• Creative execution: How ideas translate into scripts, shoots, and platform-ready content.

• Social media analytics: How to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into better content.
• B2B and D2C marketing: How social media serves different audiences and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• An understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Curiosity about branding, digital culture, and marketing.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment, learn, and take ownership.
• Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, or analytics is a plus.
