RootAMZ is an Amazon Ads Verified Partner agency, founded in 2021 by an ex-Amazon team & based in Bhubaneswar. We have worked with 500+ brands selling on Amazon, Walmart & eBay in the US, UK, EU & Australia.

Our services cover Vendor Central & Seller Central management, catalogue & listing work, A+ Content & Brand Stores, marketplace advertising, Shopify & creative & social. We are now building our own marketing engine & this hire will lead it.

You will be the single owner of how RootAMZ gets found & how leads reach our sales team. That means ranking RootAMZ & its related websites organically, running paid campaigns across ad platforms that feed qualified leads to sales & running our social media to a clear plan.

You will also lead SEO & paid campaign projects for RootAMZ clients websites. We want someone who thinks about business results, such as leads, pipeline & cost per lead, not just rankings & likes.

1. SEO for RootAMZ & related websites

• Own technical, on-page & off-page SEO for rootamz.com & other RootAMZ key websites.
• Run keyword research around services buyers search for, such as Amazon agency, Vendor Central management & Amazon PPC management, for the US, UK, EU & Australia.
• Plan the content calendar for blogs, service pages, case studies & landing pages & work with writers & designers to publish it.
• Fix site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema & internal linking issues.
• Build quality backlinks through digital PR, guest posts & partnerships.
• Grow visibility in AI search tools such as Google AI Overviews & ChatGPT, not only classic search results.

2. Paid campaigns & lead generation with sales

• Plan, launch & optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & other suitable platforms.
• Build & test landing pages, lead forms & offers that convert.
• Set up tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels & CRM integration so every lead is traced to its source.
• Agree lead quality criteria with the sales team, hand over leads quickly & run regular reviews to sync the process.
• Manage ad budgets against cost per lead, cost per qualified lead & pipeline generated.

3. RootAMZ social media

• Write a simple, practical social plan for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & X: goals, content pillars, posting calendar & KPIs.
• Own the company pages day to day & support the founder's personal brand on LinkedIn.
• Turn our case studies, videos & expertise into posts, carousels & short videos with the design & video team.
• Track reach, engagement, followers & leads from social & report monthly.

4. Client SEO & paid campaign projects

• Lead SEO & paid ads projects for client websites, usually Shopify & other eCommerce stores.
• Audit client sites, set goals & KPIs, build the plan & deliver it.
• Run Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta & other paid campaigns for client brands.
• Report results to clients clearly & take part in client calls.

5. Reporting & leadership

• Share a weekly dashboard & a monthly report on traffic, rankings, leads, ad spend & return.
• Guide & grow a small team of SEO, content & ads executives as the function scales.
• Keep up with Google updates, AI search changes & new ad platform features.

Must have

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, paid ads & social media work, ideally at an agency or a B2B services company.
• Proven results in organic growth: rankings, traffic & leads you can show with real numbers.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads for lead generation, with budget ownership.
• Strong technical SEO skills & comfort with WordPress & Shopify.
• Daily use of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager & at least one of Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.
• Experience planning & running brand social media to a calendar.
• Clear written & spoken English & confidence presenting results to the founder, sales team & clients.
• An owner's mindset: you plan, execute, measure & improve without being chased.

Good to have

• Knowledge of Amazon, Walmart or eCommerce marketing.
• Experience marketing to US, UK or EU businesses.
• CRM experience, such as ZOHO or Odoo.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or ZOHO or Odoo certifications.
• Experience with AI tools for research, content & reporting.
