About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic SEO Lead with 8 - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS to own our organic revenue strategy.

You will lead traditional SEO alongside modern AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).

Your goal is driving qualified MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline while leading a team of SEO specialists, writers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Pipeline: Build end-to-end SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to capture high-intent SaaS buyers across Google and AI search surfaces.

- Own BOFU Assets: Focus on bottom-of-funnel content (competitor alternatives, product comparisons, integrations, and solution pages).

- Technical & AI SEO: Lead technical audits, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and LLM content structure for AI citations.

- Conversion & CRO: Optimize entry points and landing pages to turn organic visitors into qualified leads.

- Lead the Team: Mentor and manage specialists, content writers, and designers; collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Web Dev.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, specifically in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or Tech.

- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline/leads, not just vanity traffic or rankings.

- Experience optimizing for AI Search (AEO/GEO/AIO) and LLM citations.

- Deep understanding of high-intent B2B keyword strategy and technical SEO.

- Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional organic growth teams.

Tech Stack:

- SEO & AI Trackers: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Surfer/Clearscope, AI-visibility tools.

- Analytics & CRO: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity.

- CMS & CRM: WordPress / Headless CMS, plus basic CRM attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).
