Senior Recruiter - Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
• Source qualified candidates using Boolean search strings, X-Ray search, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter), and internal ATS databases
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and map them to relevant skill sets and experience levels
• Work with different tax terms — W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099 — and understand visa classifications (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, relocation flexibility, and rate expectations
• Negotiate pay rates/salary with candidates in alignment with client budgets and market standards
• Maintain a strong, active pipeline of engineering talent for recurring and future requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients, ensuring timely feedback loops
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS/CRM system
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and reduce dropouts
• Stay updated on US labor market trends, engineering skill demand, and competitor hiring practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
