Senior/Lead Recruiter

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead Recruiter with a strong background in Healthcare and HealthTech talent acquisition, specifically hiring for US Healthcare Payer and Provider domains. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring niche healthcare technology professionals across platforms such as Facets, QNXT, Edifecs, Epic, Tapestry, TriZetto, HealthEdge, Claims, Enrollment, Care Management, and Interoperability solutions.

This role requires a strategic recruiter who can partner with business leaders, build talent pipelines, and drive leadership and critical hiring initiatives across healthcare technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare and HealthTech positions across India and global delivery teams.
• Hire talent across Payer and Provider domains, including technology, consulting, delivery, product, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, social networks, healthcare communities, and direct outreach.
• Build strong pipelines for niche skills including:
• Facets
• QNXT
• Edifecs
• Epic / Tapestry
• FHIR / HL7
• Healthcare Data & Analytics
• Claims, Membership, Benefits & Care Management
• Provider Network Management
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based assessments, and stakeholder management.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, offer conversions, and hiring forecasts.
• Drive employer branding initiatives within healthcare and health-tech talent communities.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 6-10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Healthcare or HealthTech hiring.
• Demonstrated experience hiring for US Healthcare Payer and Provider organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare platforms such as Facets, QNXT, Edifecs, Epic, Tapestry, and related ecosystems.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and leadership talent.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
