Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

• Review and evaluate resumes against technical and business requirements.
• Conduct HR screening interviews to assess:
• Technical background and project experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural and organizational fit
• Salary expectations
• Notice period and availability
• Work authorization and location preferences
• Provide detailed screening feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure only qualified candidates are progressed through the recruitment process.

Interview & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Gather interview feedback and drive hiring decisions.

Offer Management & Candidate Experience

• Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms.
• Manage offer rollout, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and high offer acceptance rates.

Reporting & Process Excellence

• Maintain candidate records ii recruitment databases.
• Prepare hiring reports and recruitment dashboards.
• Track hiring metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment funnel performance.
• Mentor junior recruiters and screeners on sourcing and screening best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Technical Hiring.
• Proven experience in both candidate screening and end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development lifecycle, and technical hiring processes.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
