About this role
- Hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the reliability of solar cell manufacturing equipment, including wet benches, diffusion furnaces, PECVD/ARC systems, screen printers, firing furnaces, and testing tools.
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for solar cell process equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, VFDs, sensors, heaters, SSRs, relays, power supplies, and PLC/HMI systems.
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on pumps, valves, conveyors, bearings, cylinders, and pressure regulators.
- Support automation and control systems by conducting fault diagnostics and logic checks.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM schedules, equipment history, and spare parts logs.
