Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience with SAP MM in procurement or supply chain management

Purchase Order Management: Create, modify, and manage POs in SAP with accuracy and adherence to procurement policies
Invoice Verification: Match invoices against POs and contracts for accurate payment processing
Data Entry: Maintain procurement data including requisitions, goods receipts, and invoice logs in SAP
Reporting: Assist in generating procurement activity reports
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

2 years of experience in SAP , Purchase order

• Strong understanding of Purchase Order processing flow in SAP.
• Proficiency in managing inventory levels using SAP MM module.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
