Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management to manage and optimize procurement, inventory management, and material planning processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP MM configuration, implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP MM modules, including purchasing, inventory management, material master, and vendor master.
• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into SAP MM functional solutions.
• Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor management.
• Handle SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure pricing procedures, release strategies, account determination, and movement types.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM issues and provide functional support to business users.
• Work closely with SAP FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams for cross-functional integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support data migration, master data validation, and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration and procurement processes.
• Experience in the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Good understanding of inventory management, valuation, and account determination.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP FI, SD, PP, and warehouse management modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MM certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA procurement processes and Fiori applications is desirable.
