Job Description for SFMC Developer + WhatsApp Specialist

The Marketing Cloud WhatsApp Implementation Specialist will configure and launch our enterprise WhatsApp messaging channel. The specialist with be responsible for end-to-end setup within MCE's Mobile Studio, connect Meta Business Manager, design automated cross-channel customer journeys, and structure the data flows required for hyper-personalized, real-time messaging. The ideal candidate is an MCE expert who knows how to leverage WhatsApp as a premium engagement channel while managing contact and platform data models.

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MCE.
• Experience implementing WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Business Manager integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, AMPScript, and Automation Studio.
• Experience designing and deploying WhatsApp Conversational Bot.
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks, CRM integrations, and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and omnichannel marketing

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI-powered customer interactions.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) integration knowledge
