Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Support offer letters and onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate or PUC.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
• Experienced candidates with recruitment knowledge are preferred.

Skills Required

• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidate sourcing and screening.
• Time management and coordination.
