Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in education, e-learning, or course development to manage project delivery, resource planning, team coordination, and client communication.

Working Days & Shift Timings

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end online course development projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate instructional designers, content developers, creative designers, and accessibility teams.
• Monitor team workloads, productivity, project progress, and resource utilization.
• Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and project dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, maintain trackers, and identify delivery risks.
• Improve workflows and ensure quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4-10 years of project management experience, preferably in EdTech, e-learning, or higher education.
• Strong experience in resource planning, workload management, and project scheduling.
• Understanding of online course development and instructional design workflows.
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US universities, LMS platforms, digital learning content, and accessibility standards is an advantage.
