Job Title: Product Technical Recruiter
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple technologies.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality technical talent.
• Source candidates using advanced Boolean, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn, Google Search, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
• Handle client interactions, requirement discussions, and regular hiring updates.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and effectively manage escalations.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve sourcing and recruitment quality.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in IT/ Technology/ Product Tech Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and hiring trends.
• Expertise in niche sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and Google search techniques.
• Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in escalation management and handling critical hiring requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
