Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product design with hands-on user research. You will work on complex problems where understanding real-world user behavior is as important as designing the interface. You will be involved end-to-end. From problem discovery and research through concept development, prototyping, validation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end UX from problem discovery to implementation.
• Conduct user interviews, contextual research and usability testing.
• Translate user insights into journeys, workflows, IA and product concepts.
• Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity experiences.
• Simplify complex B2B/business workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable interaction patterns.
• Review implemented designs and continuously improve the product experience.

Skills Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on experience with user research.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and workflows.
• Strong collaboration and product-thinking skills.
