Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify cost or productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies and industries.

Lead sourcing projects including strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contract execution while leveraging an agile approach to drive execution efficiency.

Provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analysis to clients.

Support development of market insights from cross client sourcing activities and collaborate with Professional Services Practice advisors to develop content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization.

Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships at priority accounts and support stakeholder engagement plans.

Lead category strategy development for clients to identify project opportunities that achieve business goals and strengthen procurement capabilities.

Lead and mentor sourcing teams on industry best practices with emphasis on market trends, commercial structure assessment, negotiation strategies, and contracting.

Engage with prospective clients during business development pursuits through contract assessments, client due diligence discussions, and presentation of delivery approaches and case studies.

Oversee account portfolios as a coach and mentor while maintaining accountability for account performance.

Work with legal and technical teams to facilitate negotiation of contractual legal and technical terms.

Negotiate and close contracts with support from legal, technical, and business teams.

At least 70 percent of experience should be in managing global client stakeholders and global suppliers.

Strong critical thinking and self starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver client outcomes with minimal supervision.

Passion for continuous learning within professional services.
