Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities :

l Responsible for Purchase and Planning of Electronics Components from different local and Overseas vendors.

l Do planning and give material forecast to vendors as per sales indent.

l Directly co-ordinate with suppliers and timely delivery of material at plant.

l Co-ordinate with engineering and quality team to improve quality of the components or for new part approval.

l Develop new and alternate suppliers for existing products whenever necessary

l Follow up and visit to vendors for timely delivery of material

l Continuously working to identify and liquidate Non-moving and slow-moving parts inventory.

l Do the strategic planning and procurement to keep minimum inventory without interruption of production.

l Closely working with store and production team to control inventory.

l Co-ordinating with transporter/logistics team and ensure timely delivery of material, as per production plan

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Team player.

1. Should have Good knowledge of SAP.

1. Should be good at excel, PPT, MS Office

1. Logical and analysis mindset

1. Good communication skills in Hindi and English

1. Having knowledge of procurement function.
