We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Team Member to join our Commercial Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group (WBG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying legal documentation, maintaining operational records, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate will be involved in end-to-end documentation verification, collateral and limit maintenance, insurance policy coordination, and post-disbursement tracking. The role also includes liaison with auditors, MIS reporting, and coordination with various internal teams for seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end processing of Working Capital products including Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL), and other fund-based facilities.
• Handle disbursement, servicing, renewal, enhancement, and closure of working capital limits.
• Ensure timely processing of operational requests as per approved sanction terms and internal policies.
• Verify loan documentation, security creation, charge registration, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Risk, and Branch teams for smooth execution of transactions.
• Monitor limit expiries, covenant tracking, drawing power updates, and account maintenance activities.
• Process customer requests relating to limit modifications, interest rate changes, and operational servicing.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliances.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues within defined TATs.
• Prepare MIS, productivity reports, audit responses, and management dashboards.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Working Capital products and banking operations.
• Understanding of credit sanction terms, security documentation, and lending processes.
• Good analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and banking platforms/systems.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and control focus.

Preferred Experience:

• 5â€10 years of experience in Banking Operations with exposure to Working Capital Operations, Credit Operations, or Wholesale Banking Operations.
