Non It Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across various non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle high-volume hiring for roles in customer support, sales, operations, back office, field staff, and other non-IT functions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume recruitment targets simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in managing joining ratios and reducing candidate dropouts will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for customer service, sales, operations, retail, field sales, back-office, or similar non-IT roles.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
