Non-IT Recruiter US Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with experience in U.S. staffing to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and successfully placing candidates with clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Finance, and Electrical Engineering. Experience in Healthcare and Legal recruitment is a plus.

The candidate should possess strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in U.S. staffing.
• Understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and U.S. hiring practices.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and identify qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
