Job Description Manager (M Level) | NetSuite Developer

Grade: Manager (M Level)
Experience: 9-12 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad preferred)
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with 9-12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in NetSuite development, customization, integrations, and deployment frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable NetSuite solutions, working across Procurement and Order-to-Cash processes, implementing SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations, and driving CI/CD-based deployments using SDF.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Build and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0/2.1) to automate business processes.
• Configure and develop NetSuite Workflows, Forms, Records, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Implement and support end-to-end business processes, especially:
• Procurement (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, middleware platforms, and APIs.
• Create and maintain Advanced PDF/HTML Templates for business documents.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage NetSuite deployments using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in NetSuite Development
• Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Workflows
• Experience in NetSuite Integrations (REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, Middleware)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and SDF-based Deployments
• Experience with Advanced HTML/PDF Templates
• Understanding of Procurement (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development practices is preferred
