Marketing Strategist

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Strategist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The candidate will drive brand positioning, market research, campaign planning, lead generation, and customer engagement to support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target customer segments.
• Develop marketing plans to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, creative teams, and internal sales teams.
• Plan promotional activities, property launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee content strategy, branding, advertising creatives, brochures, and project presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and return on investment (ROI).
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and campaign data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Align marketing activities with sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and implement innovative promotional strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing strategy, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 5–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Experience promoting residential or commercial real estate projects.
• Ability to plan marketing campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
