Learning & Development Executive

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a highly skilled "Learning & Development Executive" with confident training delivery skills and a strong understanding of learning methodologies and employee development. The ideal candidate will facilitate engaging training sessions, coordinate learning initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on communication, behavioural, and productivity-related topics.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HRBPs and Business Heads to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
• Design engaging training presentations, activities, and learning materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
• Develop and implement learning initiatives aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver relevant training programs.
• Track training participation, feedback, and effectiveness, maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Explore emerging skills, industry trends, and innovative learning tools to enhance training offerings.
• Continuously upgrade personal knowledge and skills to introduce relevant learning opportunities across the organisation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in training delivery or Learning & Development.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

• Confident training delivery and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for training content design.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and collaborate with HRBPs and Business Heads.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging learning experiences.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Curiosity to explore emerging technologies, AI tools, and trending skills for workplace learning.
• Experience in measuring training effectiveness and preparing learning analytics.
