Lead Design - Appliances

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead complete mechanical design and development activities for new product development projects.
• Translate product requirements into functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective product designs.
• Develop product architecture, mechanisms, assemblies, and critical components.
• Support product realization from concept, prototyping, validation, pilot production, and commercial launch.
• Drive engineering excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Electronics, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supplier teams.
