Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as US Non-IT Recruiters. Freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in US IT Recruitment or US IT Sales will also be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards recruitment targets and timely closure of positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers interested in US Non-IT Recruitment can apply.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment or US IT Sales are also eligible.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
• Comfortable working from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Strong learning attitude, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
