Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruitment Interns who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition. The intern will work closely with the recruitment team to understand the end-to-end hiring process, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team or clients.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate management.
• Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and good organizational skills.

• Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
• Freshers interested in pursuing a career in HR Recruitment are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies or recruitment is an added advantage.
