Job Overview

Zennsoft Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, implementation hiring, vendor management, and candidate placement.

Candidates with a proven track record of successfully handling implementation requirements and working with implementation partners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle W2, C2C, and Full-Time recruitment requirements.
• Manage implementation requirements and coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical suitability.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interviews, feedback, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, and interview updates in the ATS/CRM.
  
  

Required Skills Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in implementation recruitment and coordination with implementation partners.
• Thorough understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring models.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process, vendor management, and rate negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and candidate relationship management skills.
