IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding technical professionals.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates using job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed), GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities.
• Technical Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial HR/technical phone screenings to assess candidates' technical competency, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, case studies, and coding assessments between candidates and internal panels.
• Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process, extend official employment offers, and handle pre-boarding engagement to reduce candidate dropouts.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Preferred candidate profile :

More than 1+ years experienced into End to End Technical recruitment.
