IT Recruiter - Sourcing & End-to-End Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and resource onboarding. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IT roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate resource/employee onboarding and collect required documents.
• Support HR administration, employee records, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
• Prepare regular recruitment and hiring status reports.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Raecruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or other IT professionals.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or ATS platforms.
